2nd Annual BOWL FOR CHARGE SYNDROME HIGHLIGHTS

A great time was had by all at Echo Bowl in Brantford, Ontario helped to celebrate the kick-off to JUNE as Deafblind Awareness Month. CHARGE syndrome can now be considered the leading cause of deafblindness in infants and children, although children can greatly very in the severity of clinical features.  We all learned more about CHARGE and how we all enjoy the game of bowling!

Thanks to Walmart for helping sponsor this awareness event!  Best bowl was won by Daniel Turner, while the girls above put their scores together to have the highest score for the kids team catagory. Tory (top above) won for best effort, and Chantelle (right above) took away the most strikes in the adult bowl catagory.

Next year's event moves to Hamilton, Ontario.
