Question: My daughter Holly is 20 years old and has CHARGE Syndrome.She has alot of problems with her toileting skills due to constant constipation.  Holly recently had a cat scan of her intestinal tract and it appears to be normal.  Although they discovered Holly has no uterus or ovaries.  Have you found this to be true of other CHARGE Syndrome girls?

Answer:   Sorry to hear of Holy's problems with constipation.  I do remember one female with a similar problem to Holly.  As a side we are working on a genetic study on CHARGE syndrome with Canadians. Please contact the study if you are interested in participating so we can have more data.
