My daughter Holly is 24 and has CHARGE Syndrome. She has problems with her toileting skills due to constant constipation.  She recently had a cat scan of her intestinal tract and it appears to be normal.  Although they did discover she has no uterus or ovaries.  Have you found this to be true of other CHARGE Syndrome girls?
