DEAR DR. KIM

Peter is a seventeen-year-old adolescent with CHARGE syndrome who has recently started testosterone injections.  The teachers have some concerns that these are causing an increase with behavioural problems.  He has been sent home from school as a result of his behaviours.  Should Peter stop testosterone? If Peter does not develop secondary sexual characteristics what are the concerns for him for later in life? <answer link>

We live in the country, and it seem lately that all I am doing is driving. I feel like something needs to be cut out, and was wondering if you could suggest some physiotherapy exercises that we could do at home.  My daughter is 5 years old, and she is not yet walking.  As like most CHARGE'rs, balance is a real issue. < answer link >
