New Study Requests Participants

In order to participate in this study, we ask that the individual with CHARGE syndrome be:

1. at least 18 years old and graduated from secondary services for at least one year or

2.  older then 18 years old and graduated from educational servies for at least one year

This survey is an attempt to find out where young adults with CHARGE are living, working and/or going to school and what kind of supports they are receiving.  The results of this survey will be completely anonymous.  Your name will never be used in any way.  The information gathered will be used to study trends in the life style of adults with CHARGE.  This study will take place over the next two years, so do not be surprised if you do not hear anything for a little while.
